We had a big problem that couldn't wait til the next day. Called Bobby's plumbing and spoke to John, who was very nice on the phone. He promised someone would get there around 4, and called again to let me know the time exactly. A nice young man showed right on time and discovered the problem and took care of it promptly. He discovered a broken pipe and we will be calling tomorrow to have it fixed. We are new here so finding help on short notice was amazing. We were very pleased to deal with such prompt, pleasant, professional people.

We had a leaking toilet in the Master Bath. I called Bobby's Plumbing after a friend suggested them. The last time we had this done, we called Ben Franklin Plumbing and was really unhappy about their business practices. More about that shortly. Anyway, Bobby's guy came out a couple hours ago, replaced the inside parts of the toilet. He got it fixed and added a mechanism that causes a double flush, a welcome alternative to the water saver nightmares. So the toilet is fixed, and I got a bill for $154. Now back to Ben Franklin Plumbing. They did the exact same thing on another bathroom here a month ago. The exact same repair. The only difference was Ben Franklin's bill totaled $349! You be the judge but I think I got hosed by Ben Franklin. I suggest, if you'd like to avoid that, call Bobby's Plumbing.

Very friendly and efficient to deal with. They fixed a problem for my elderly mother and I live across the country. Local and did very professional work. I highly recommend these people.

We have been with Bobby’s Plumbing for the last ten years and are still happy campers. They replaced our water heater, fixed our kitchen and bathroom faucets, also fixed outdoor spigots, repaired or replaced bathroom toilet and sink fixtures, and recently replaced master bedroom toilet. Jonny C & others are consistently professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Reasonably-priced.

I’m very happy I trusted my instincts on this one and you should too. Answered my call immediately, polite and respectful admin on the phone. Appointment within 2 days - called late on Friday (4:30 pm) and non-emergency - they were at my house on Monday at 11:30 am. Received a call asking/confirming they were on their way. John was terrific and I appreciated his humor-our drains were slow to drain. All in all, Bobby’s Plumbing operates an honest business, upfront estimates, and job expectations. If you need a plumber don’t hesitate for one minute!

Ordered a new dishwasher and the installer was worried about the water connection so wouldn't do the install. I called Bobby's and they sent Joe within an hour. Completed the install without a problem! Joe was very thorough and cleaned everything up. Nice to have a personable, responsible person come to the house. I'll always use Bobby's in the future and ask for Joe!

OMG! Arrived within 2 hours day before Thanksgiving! Everyone so pleasant and efficient.....from the person who answered the phone to the repairman (Jim P))who repaired our water heater. Reasonable rates and very professional. Highly recommend!

I can't say anything bad- from my initial phone call to the service I received. Office was fast with appointment (non emergency) and the technician was fast with his solution (fix). I appreciated his "plumbing humor too". All in all a great experience that I expected to pay a lot more than I did. I hope to not need their services anytime soon but I would not hesitate to call if need be.

5 star service. I can't say enough about Bobbys Plumbing and the great emergency service I received from them. Thank you to Amanda in the office and to John who showed up 15 minutes after my call. Everything decided to back up in our home at 4:25 on a Friday. I was Googling and calling Plumbing Companies as fast as I possibly could and all were saying "we can get to you Tuesday". Thanks again for coming to our rescue.

Bobby's Plumbing came out on time, and professional all the way. Explained process and welcomed questions regarding the situation. Technicians located the area of leak dead on, as I was able to locate the leak easily upon breaking through the slab and repair. Saved a lot of time and money in the long run. I would definitely recommend Bobby's to others and use them again.
